Because the software needs to recognise you properly, so before converting an image to 3d, please make sure the image is .jpg and covering your face only like a passport style pic, with no facial geasture, without sunglasses, spectacles, beard, lipstick or mustache for an optimal output. If you just upload your passport photo in there, the app will process this easily, no problems.
